Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate online therapy groups and workshops aimed at enhancing personal development and supporting mental wellness, especially during high-stress periods.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within Gotham Enterprises, as well as external community organizations, to ensure our patients receive comprehensive, integrated care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient progress and communications, ensuring adherence to the highest ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Senior Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will serve a broad range of clients, including adults facing severe mental health challenges, individuals in crisis, and those seeking short-term support for life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.

• A strong understanding of the mental health hurdles typically encountered by patients in a telehealth format.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective therapeutic relationships and collaboration across a multidisciplinary team.

• Proficiency in evidence-based practices and methodologies suitable for remote counseling environments.

• Adeptness in managing a fast-paced and diverse caseload with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, preferably within a telehealth or hospital counseling center setting.

• Experience working with specialized populations, including but not limited to veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals, or those with chronic illnesses.

• Demonstrated ability to utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
