Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status through virtual consultations, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools to gather relevant information.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring measurable goals and outcomes are established.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions, using a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness approaches, while adapting based on the client’s progress and feedback.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure integrated support for clients requiring medication management or additional resources.

• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to align with evolving needs and circumstances.

• Document all client interactions and progress within our electronic health record (EHR) system in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Senior Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will serve a diverse clientele who may face various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, eating disorders, and substance abuse. Your role will involve providing compassionate care and employing culturally competent practices to ensure all clients feel supported and understood.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW in the state of Washington.
\n
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing individual and group therapy to diverse populations.
\n
• Thorough understanding of various mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and the importance of cultural sensitivity in providing effective therapy.

• Strong ability to utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and care coordination.

• A commitment to ethical standards, professional boundaries, and maintaining client confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mindset Mastery offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
