Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing counselors the flexibility to work from home while providing essential telehealth services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly clients to identify their unique care needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions focused on addressing emotional challenges such as grief, loss, and adjustment disorders related to aging.

• Provide education and support to families and caregivers about promoting emotional wellness and enhancing the quality of life for elderly individuals.

• Facilitate grief and loss counseling sessions for residents and families dealing with end-of-life scenarios, ensuring they have a safe space to express their feelings and receive guidance.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
