Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly patients, identifying their specific emotional and psychological needs.

• Provide both individual and group counseling sessions focused on addressing the various emotional challenges associated with aging, such as grief, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

• Develop collaborative, personalized care plans in conjunction with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimally support each client’s mental health journey.

• Educate caregivers, family members, and staff on effective communication strategies and interventions to improve the overall emotional well-being and quality of life for elderly individuals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support seniors dealing with the complex emotional themes of aging. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
