Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth client assessments through virtual consultations, meticulously understanding each individual’s needs, strengths, and therapeutic goals.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, regularly reviewing progress and making adjustments as necessary.

• Facilitate ongoing individual therapy sessions that address a wide array of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team composed of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, ensuring a holistic approach to client care that meets all facilitators' standards.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, supervision, and training sessions to enhance skills and stay abreast of innovative therapeutic methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active state licensure as a LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW, affirming your qualifications to practice independently.

• A minimum of 3 to 4 years of clinical experience in providing therapeutic services in mental health or behavioral health settings.
