Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments of clients to identify their mental health status and needs while utilizing standardized diagnostic tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique challenges.

• Engage clients in regular therapy sessions, utilizing both individual and group formats while offering tools and strategies for coping and resilience.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure clients receive comprehensive care and appropriate referrals.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans within our EHR system, adhering to ethical and confidentiality standards.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, leveraging strong crisis management skills to support clients in acute distress

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and stay abreast of best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing issues related to substance abuse, mood disorders such as anxiety and depression, eating disorders, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Ability to understand and apply evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to individual client needs.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Compensation and Benefits\n
