Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients, including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, to accurately identify their needs and develop suitable treatment plans.

• Utilize graduate-level clinical interventions to address the psychological, social, and educational aspects affecting clients' well-being.

• Engage in regular communication with fellow staff members about patient assessments, treatment interventions, and changes to interdisciplinary care plans through scheduled documentation and team meetings.

• Provide compassionate case management services, coordinating with hospital staff, community professionals, and resources to ensure a holistic and cohesive therapeutic experience for patients.

• Complete therapeutic documentation ethically and in a timely manner, adhering to department standards and regulations.

• Apply Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques and other evidence-based practices in your sessions to help clients achieve their individualized service objectives.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 annually, based on your professional experience and credentials.
