Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Resole Your Life Health Care Inc., you will engage in various tasks that directly contribute to the mental well-being of your clients. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via video chat to address clients' mental health needs.

• Facilitating discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions, experiences, and relationships, leading to greater self-awareness and insight.

• Advocating for clients by helping them identify and define their personal goals for therapy.

• Evaluating clients’ mental health conditions and developing individualized treatment plans based on a solution-focused approach, utilizing your clinical experience and knowledge.

• Adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will consist of individuals who have been prescreened for stability and present low acuity issues. This allows you to focus on therapeutic interventions without the overwhelming stress associated with high-acuity clients. You will primarily work with clients who are seeking personal growth, coping strategies, and improvements in their overall mental health, making your role both fulfilling and impactful.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this position, you will need:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An independent license in one of the following areas: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note that limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• The ability to make informed professional evaluations and recommendations for treatment strategies.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that facilitate meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Proficiency in computer systems and software, as you will utilize online tools for therapy delivery and documentation.
