Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to determine the mental health status and therapeutic needs of clients.

• Create and implement customized treatment plans that are grounded in evidence-based methodologies.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

• Monitor clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Document interactions and updates in a timely and thorough manner using EHR systems.
\n
• Collaborate with external healthcare providers and specialists to enhance the overall care provided to clients.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, demonstrating your ability to remain calm and balanced in high-pressure situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a broad spectrum of patients, from young adults to older adults grappling with a variety of mental health conditions. Your clientele may include individuals facing life transitions, mood disorders, traumatic experiences, and chronic stressors. You will work respectfully and effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds, employing culturally competent approaches to therapy that honor their unique experiences and perspectives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• A minimum of four years of experience in the mental health field, focusing on direct client care.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders and effective treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
