The selected candidate will earn an annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients presenting with mood disorders, identifying symptoms' severity, frequency, and duration to formulate effective treatment strategies.

• Work collaboratively with clients to design customized treatment plans that may include techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring approaches to fit individual needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adjusting methods based on ongoing assessments of client progress and therapeutic responses.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, helping to demystify conditions, treatment options, and healthy coping strategies.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment approaches when necessary to optimize outcomes and ensure effective management of emotional and psychological health.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive care that addresses both psychological and pharmacological needs.

You will primarily serve clients experiencing a range of mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
