Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify patients' unique needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, family, and group therapy settings, adapting your approach to the cultural backgrounds of patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-S), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
