Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients seeking therapy, employing a variety of tools to understand their mental health concerns fully.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.

• Provide teletherapy for clients who may prefer virtual sessions, ensuring their mental health needs are met regardless of logistical constraints.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license issued by the state of Florida, including but not limited to: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster a safe and trusting therapeutic alliance.

• An empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to client interactions.

• High-level organizational and time-management capabilities to effectively manage a diverse caseload.

Preferred Experience\n
