Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work while being part of an innovative outpatient office setting. You will enjoy a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with occasional flexibility based on the unique needs of our clients. Our remote setting provides a balance between the flexibility of working from home and the collaborative nature of regular team consultations and ongoing training.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to ascertain the mental health needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform your approach.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that effectively address clients’ conditions, employing therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations, ensuring the utmost integrity of client information.

• Collaborate with a dedicated treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals, to enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, sharing insights and strategies to continually improve patient outcomes.

• Educate and empower patients and their families about mental health conditions, potential treatment options, and available community resources, facilitating informed decision-making.

Qualifications\n

• A valid active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy techniques to tailor your approach for each client.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with diverse clients.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, allowing for effective assessment and intervention.

Preferred Experience\n
