Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health needs and establish effective, personalized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We work with a diverse client base, ranging from children to adults, who present with various mental health challenges including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and more. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for effective client interaction.

• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude toward clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills for effective caseload management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a community health or outpatient setting is preferred.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and their applications.

• Previous experience providing telehealth services is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our therapists enjoy competitive salaries ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on caseload and experience level.
