Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, including pre-crisis and crisis plans.

• Ensure all client documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and measure outcomes to optimize the effectiveness of treatment interventions.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the facility's standards of care.

• Act as a liaison to local and state agencies, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance client support networks.

• Maintain open lines of communication with clients and families to foster trust and effective therapeutic relationships.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to ensure the smooth operation of the clinical environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health field is required.

• A valid and independent LMHC license in Florida is necessary; if you are already licensed in another state, we will cover the expenses for you to obtain your Florida license.
