Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring a systematic approach to their mental health care.

• Utilize the latest edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) for accurate diagnosis and formulation of treatment goals, applying appropriate clinical interventions.

• Implement diverse counseling strategies, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, to support clients in addressing high-risk behaviors, personal growth, and overall wellness.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to assess clients’ intrapersonal and interpersonal functioning, tailoring interventions based on observed behaviors and feedback.

• Document client interactions diligently in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using applicable software for maintaining thorough and timely clinical records.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 91,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, a sign-on bonus is available for qualified applicants.
