Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, record clinical diagnoses, and formulate comprehensive treatment plans that are evidence-based and attend to the unique goals of the client.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant techniques that enhance client engagement and results.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute psychological distress and work to develop safety and crisis plans customized for ongoing care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including detailed treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in line with professional and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrist consultations, social workers, and healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Advocate for clients by educating them and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment resources, and relevant community services tailored to their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
