Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health statuses, utilizing diagnostic interviews and standardized assessments.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique circumstances, utilizing appropriate therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Schedule and conduct regular individual therapy sessions, utilizing teletherapy technologies to facilitate interactions with clients who may have mobility challenges or prefer virtual meetings.

• Regularly evaluate client progress in therapy and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that clients are moving towards their therapeutic goals.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license as a Mental Health Counselor, including titles such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
