Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, formulating personalized treatment plans based on individual circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services, integrating various therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches for individuals, groups, and families.

• Engage in collaborative case management, working closely with psychiatrists and support staff to coordinate care effective in addressing client needs.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment during emergencies.

• Participate in community outreach efforts to promote mental health education and awareness, enhancing community understanding of mental health issues.

Qualifications\n
