Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Boulevard Behavioral Health Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, including conducting diagnostic assessments that guide treatment strategies.

• Providing individualized one-on-one counseling sessions, assisting clients in addressing a spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction.

• Facilitating engaging group therapy sessions, support groups, and psychoeducational programs addressing a variety of mental health concerns.

• Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans that outline specific objectives and interventions tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Responding to clients in crisis with immediate support, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating necessary interventions for safety and well-being.

• Engaging in continuous professional development by participating in training to stay updated on the latest evidence-based practices in mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
