Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans to reflect changes in their mental health status and addressing barriers to their recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Restora Care Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary range between USD 85,000 and 95,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
