Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing diverse methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to all legal and ethical standards within the practice.

• Participate in regular multidisciplinary team meetings to share insights and contribute to comprehensive care strategies.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities, such as attending workshops and staying informed on the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Telehealth Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele that includes adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our clients often experience obstacles such as limited access to traditional therapy, making our telehealth services critical in their journey toward improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted state license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• Demonstrated professional experience in counseling, with at least two years in a clinical setting being essential.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical considerations in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
