Key Responsibilities\n

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop customized treatment plans.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy to facilitate client progress.

• Providing individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions, adapting strategies based on client engagement and feedback.

• Documenting all clinical interactions accurately and in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring patient confidentiality and documentation integrity.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:
