Work Environment\n

Our work environment is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. However, our team operates with a strong collaborative spirit, conducting regular virtual meetings to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care. The outpatient facility is well-equipped with the necessary resources to support effective therapy, including comprehensive electronic health records (EHR) systems that streamline documentation and tracking of patient progress. Your work hours will generally be from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate client schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to support individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups to foster a sense of community, addressing common mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support in mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate assistance for clients in distress.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions, their treatment options, and available community resources to empower self-advocacy.

• Maintain precise and confidential client documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings, contributing to continuous professional development and peer support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy to a diverse population, demonstrating cultural competency.

• Solid judgment and adherence to ethical practices in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
