This is a full-time remote position that supports flexible work opportunities while allowing you to connect with clients through our secure telehealth platform. The flexibility of remote work during standard hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend shifts, ensures work-life balance while meeting our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, focusing on mood disorders.

• Collaborate with clients on personalized treatment plans, setting achievable goals and methodologies tailored to individual needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients effectively.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and strategies for self-care, enhancing their understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Monitor and document clients' progress meticulously, adapting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.

• Engage in collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and integrated care.

• Stay informed about the latest research in mental health and mood disorder treatments to continually improve therapeutic approaches.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development to refine clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to, depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Our diverse client population requires a nuanced understanding of cultural and socio-economic factors affecting mental health. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
