Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic approaches based on each client’s needs and progress.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist, you will be responsible for working with a diverse group of clients, including adults, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.

• Must hold a current, valid license in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Thorough understanding of relevant laws and ethical guidelines governing mental health practice and telehealth.

• Ability to fulfill pre-employment requirements, including a tuberculosis screening, background check, drug screening, and ongoing monitoring per legal and company standards.
