Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using various evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Provide ongoing case management and support, collaborating with other mental health professionals and health care providers to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with organizational and legal standards for patient records.

• Foster a therapeutic alliance with clients, applying a strengths-based approach to empower them in their journey towards mental wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. You will help clients navigate their unique circumstances through tailored treatment approaches, creating a safe space for exploration and healing. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a related mental health field.

• Active California Licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) is mandatory for this position.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient or private practice setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
