You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule within our operational hours of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs and goals.

• Administer teletherapy sessions, ensuring adherence to state regulations and maintaining a secure, therapeutic environment for clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to provide integrated care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment records, and progress notes using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse client populations facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license in the state of California.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
