Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and provide accurate diagnoses for clients, ensuring a holistic approach to each case.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical and psychiatric professionals, to develop and manage individualized treatment programs tailored to each client's needs.

• Supervise post-master’s fellows and associate clinicians when appropriate, providing mentorship to foster their professional growth.

• Maintain continuous and confidential records of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to state and NCQA standards to ensure compliance and quality care.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and workshops to empower clients and their families with valuable insights and coping strategies.

• Utilize community resources to support clients’ treatment plans effectively, referring them to external services as necessary.

• Engage with clients in individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, addressing issues related to acute and chronic mental health conditions.

• Educate clients and their families about treatment plans and strategies to encourage adherence and support mental health stewardship.

• Notify appropriate authorities regarding any mandated reporting issues related to client safety and welfare.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass a diverse range of client needs, allowing you to work with individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders. You will also engage families, facilitating communication and understanding to foster a supportive environment for the patient's recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid and unrestricted California licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required at the time of hire.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a telehealth environment or providing remote counseling services.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document therapy sessions and client progress.

• A background in supervising less experienced clinicians or fellows is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 122,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
