Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions through video chat, providing a safe and confidential environment for clients.

• Encourage clients to openly discuss their emotions, experiences, and challenges, helping them gain insights into their mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve interacting with a diverse range of clients, primarily stable adults with lower acuity issues. Many clients seek our services because traditional in-person therapy is not a viable option for them. Our screening process ensures that all clients are appropriate for telehealth services, allowing you to focus on providing meaningful support without the uncertainties commonly encountered in therapy settings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold a valid and unrestricted license to practice as a mental health professional, including but not limited to:

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

• Licensed Psychoanalyst

• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted, and candidates must have no disciplinary actions on their record.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in using technology and comfortable with virtual counseling platforms.
