Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video conferencing, ensuring ethical and compassionate interactions with clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• A current, independent mental health counseling license issued by your state. Note that we do not offer supervision; all applicants should hold credentials such as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or psychologist.

• No limited or provisional licenses are accepted, and candidates should have no history of disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong empathetic and supportive approach toward patient care.

• Proficiency with technology, including the ability to conduct sessions via video and utilize various digital tools effectively.

• Access to a computer with webcam capability and reliable high-speed internet for effective telehealth sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary in the range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, based on the hours worked.
