Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions to help patients effectively process their trauma experiences, develop coping mechanisms, and promote overall healing.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide timely crisis interventions and support to individuals experiencing trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, coping strategies, and available community resources for enhanced understanding and support.

• Maintain comprehensive and compliant documentation regarding patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
