Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, and develop tailored treatment plans based on these evaluations.

• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy across individual, group, and family settings.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support, assisting clients who are in acute emotional distress or emergency situations.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives that promote mental health awareness, providing educational resources and workshops that empower individuals to seek help.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Cultural competence and a sensitivity to work effectively with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
