Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, including diagnostic interviews and creating tailored treatment plans based on individual evaluations.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Collaborate with case managers, medication prescribers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive integrated care and support.

• Engage with clients in crisis by offering immediate interventions and ongoing support to help mitigate acute distress situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will range from children and adolescents to adults and families, all facing unique challenges in their mental health journeys. You will help address a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• A current and valid license to practice therapy as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
