Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements that help maintain a balance between professional responsibilities and personal life. Our virtual setting fosters collaboration among team members while providing the autonomy for clinicians to tailor their schedules. We operate Monday through Saturday, giving flexibility in the number of client sessions—from 10 to 40 hours a week—based on your availability and preferences.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments for a diverse range of clients, including individuals, families, and groups, prioritizing responsiveness to unique client needs.

• Perform comprehensive initial evaluations and triage care appropriately to ensure the best possible outcomes for each patient.

• Collaborate effectively with our interdisciplinary team by documenting assessments and treatment plans and participating in regular meetings, such as patient rounds, to discuss patient care strategies.

• Utilize your clinical expertise to address the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of clients, ensuring competent care that respects their diverse backgrounds.

• Engage in case management, liaising with external professionals and community resources to provide well-rounded support and continuity of care for assigned patients.

• Complete all documentation in an ethical, timely manner, contributing to the efficiency and integrity of our department.

• Implement evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities, to assist patients in achieving their individualized service plans effectively.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Beautiful Minds Counseling Center, you will work with a varied client population, ranging from adolescents to adults, many of whom are experiencing a wide array of conditions, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. Your role in guiding them through their therapeutic journeys is essential in helping them navigate life's challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A current license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a relevant setting, demonstrating a solid foundation of therapeutic skills.
