Work Environment\n

This role offers you the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to provide care and connect with clients from the comfort of your home. While our standard work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, we understand that patient needs may necessitate some flexibility in scheduling. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that are culturally sensitive and personalized to each patient’s background.

• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches focused on fostering healing and resilience.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide timely crisis intervention for clients experiencing mental health emergencies, utilizing strong crisis management skills.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, potential treatment pathways, and community resources available to them.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with legal regulations and best practices regarding client confidentiality and ethics.

• Engage in regular case conferences and team meetings to share insights, collaborate on treatment strategies, and enhance cultural competency.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
