Key Responsibilities\n

• Administer mindfulness-based interventions, including structured MBSR programs tailored to client needs, aimed at stress reduction, improved relaxation, and overall emotional well-being.

• Perform comprehensive initial assessments to carefully identify clients’ individual stressors, psychological challenges, and therapeutic goals, enabling personalized treatment plans.

• Guiding individuals through mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and breathing techniques to cultivate self-awareness, emotional balance, and effective coping mechanisms.

• Design and facilitate group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and strategies for building resilience among participants.

• Integrate mindfulness into individual therapy sessions, addressing diverse mental health concerns with an emphasis on supporting clients' overall development.

• Work closely with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to weave mindfulness practices into a holistic treatment approach tailored to client needs.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation regarding client progress, mindfulness interventions utilized, and overarching treatment plans to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
