Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR, to facilitate clients' journey toward mental wellness and stress reduction.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify individual clients' challenges, stressors, and goals, and develop customized mindfulness practices that cater to their unique needs.

• Guide clients through a variety of mindfulness exercises, meditation techniques, and breathing practices to enhance self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness practices, stress management, and strategies for building resilience in challenging times.

• Incorporate mindfulness strategies into individual therapy sessions to effectively address and support clients' specific mental health concerns.

• Collaborate closely with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to create an integrated approach to treatment that emphasizes mindfulness across multiple therapeutic modalities.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress, mindfulness interventions, and treatment plans in compliance with regional regulations.

• Engage in regular personal mindfulness practice and ongoing professional development to bolster your expertise in mindfulness-based approaches.

You will work with a diverse client base seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• While extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is preferred, it is not mandatory.

• Demonstrated proficiency in integrating mindfulness techniques within therapeutic interventions, enhancing the quality of client care.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to create a supportive and calming therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and 104,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
