Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to thoroughly understand clients' mental health histories and concerns, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to inform tailored treatment planning.

• Deliver personalized therapy sessions via telehealth employing different therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques that align with each client's unique needs.

• Work closely with clients to establish specific, measurable therapeutic goals, actively tracking progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions using designated video conferencing platforms, ensuring a seamless and secure environment conducive to open dialogue and effective therapeutic interactions.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately and promptly in our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds and age groups. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license to practice in California as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
