Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to understand clients’ emotional and mental health needs, facilitating the development of tailored, effective treatment plans.

• Engage clients in individual therapy sessions, using dynamic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant frameworks to promote growth and self-awareness.

• Monitor client progress toward established therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes.

• Provide accessibility to clients facing challenges attending in-person sessions through teletherapy options, ensuring a convenient and accommodating experience for all.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
