Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Implement individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other specialized approaches to address client-specific goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring stability and safety.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, available treatments, and community resources, while advocating for their rights and needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We also offer a sign-on bonus to support the transition into our organization.
