Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and potential treatment needs, utilizing diagnostic tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans targeting specific client goals, adjusting strategies based on client progress.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions (individual and group) employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the needs of diverse client backgrounds.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to deliver integrated, holistic care for clients.

• Educate and empower clients and their families about mental health challenges, encouraging meaningful involvement in the treatment process for improved outcomes.

• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client records.

Qualifications\n
