Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on the geriatric population, addressing a range of mental health issues commonly experienced by older adults. You will provide care to individuals coping with age-related mood disorders, cognitive impairments, and significant life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience working with mental health patients, preferably within the geriatric population.

• Extensive knowledge of geriatric mental health disorders and expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities.

• A strong ability to provide effective psychotherapy to individuals and families, focusing on the elderly.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish trust and rapport with patients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
