Our work environment is designed to support telehealth practices effectively. As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will conduct therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms from the comfort of your home. Our organization promotes a healthy work-life balance, allowing you to create a schedule that fits your needs, with core working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. There are no on-call responsibilities, so you can focus entirely on your clients during scheduled sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one video therapy sessions with clients, providing evidence-based mental health interventions.

• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to express their emotions and thoughts, fostering self-awareness and personal growth.

• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them to articulate their mental health goals and navigate their treatment plans effectively.

• Utilize your clinical expertise to assess clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment modalities as necessary, ensuring positive therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on supporting adults who are experiencing a range of stable and low-acuity mental health challenges. You will provide assessment and treatment services aimed at empowering these individuals through skill development and self-management of their mental health conditions. By creating a non-judgmental and safe space, you will enable clients to work through their challenges and achieve greater well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Possession of an independent mental health license, such as:

  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Strong computer literacy with experience using telehealth platforms for client sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year based on experience and hours worked.
