Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and develop effective therapy goals.

• Designing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Providing regular therapy sessions, both individual and group, while utilizing culturally responsive practices that respect the diverse backgrounds of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes individuals facing a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse disorders, trauma, and eating disorders. You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including adults, couples, and families, requiring sensitivity to cultural backgrounds and experiences to effectively meet their therapeutic needs.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• At least two years of related mental health therapy experience.
\n
• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders and a proficiency in various therapeutic modalities.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to provide support during challenging situations.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with the following experience will be given preference:

Compensation and Benefits\n
