This remote position allows you to conduct all therapeutic sessions from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth, individualized video chat sessions with clients to assess their emotional and psychological well-being.

• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to express their thoughts and feelings, leading to greater self-awareness and insight.

• Act as a client advocate by assisting them in establishing and working towards personalized goals for their mental health journey.
\n
• Assess mental health conditions, develop, and implement tailored treatment plans leveraging evidence-based practices and your clinical expertise.

• Document all client interactions, progress, and treatment plans accurately in the organization's electronic health record system.
\n
• Provide ongoing support and encouragement to clients while continuously evaluating and adjusting treatment strategies based on their progress.

• Participate in regular team meetings and peer consultations to ensure a collaborative approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving adults with low-acuity mental health concerns. Clients may present with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and challenges related to life transitions. Your role will be critical in helping them develop strategies to cope with these issues, establish stability, and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
\n
• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Demonstrated proficiency with technology and strong computer literacy skills are essential for documenting client interactions and conducting telehealth sessions effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing mental health counseling, particularly in a remote or telehealth setting, is highly desirable.

• A background in working with a diverse adult population in community health settings would be advantageous.

• Experience in crisis intervention or solution-focused therapy may also be pertinent to succeeding in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to a generous salary, we provide:
