Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual video counseling sessions to assess and treat clients’ mental health needs using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitate discussions where clients can articulate their thoughts and feelings, fostering self-awareness and understanding of interpersonal dynamics.

• Advocate for clients by helping them define personalized goals and objectives that align with their therapeutic journey.

• Utilize your clinical expertise to perform comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans based on a solution-focused methodology.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients presenting a range of low-acuity mental health issues. By providing accessible telehealth services, you will play a critical role in enhancing their mental well-being and equipping them with skills to manage their conditions more effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Demonstrated computer literacy and proficiency in telehealth software and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Strong background in individual therapy with adults and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and number of hours worked.
