Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, providing flexibility and the convenience of working from home while still being part of a compassionate and engaging team. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life equilibrium. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to identify the unique stressors and therapeutic goals of clients, adapting mindfulness practices to meet individual needs.

• Facilitate mindfulness-based interventions, including group workshops and individual therapy sessions, guiding clients in mindfulness exercises, meditation, and emotional regulation techniques.

• Document client progress meticulously, maintaining comprehensive records of treatment plans and mindfulness interventions tailored for each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and healthcare professionals to integrate mindfulness practices into comprehensive treatment approaches for enhanced client care.

• Engage in continuous professional development through regular personal mindfulness practices and by staying current with the latest research in mindfulness and mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients encompass a wide range of demographics and mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and general life challenges. You will play a vital role in supporting these individuals as they navigate their mental wellness journeys. By utilizing mindfulness-based practices, you will help clients cultivate awareness, manage stress, and develop resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas.

• Ability to implement mindfulness techniques into therapeutic settings; specific training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
