Work Environment\n

This role is set in a remote work environment, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with patients. Our clinic operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility required based on patient needs. This arrangement is designed to facilitate collaboration among team members while ensuring our clients receive the necessary support at convenient times. As a member of our professional team, you will work closely with other healthcare providers to deliver integrated mental health care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and collaboratively identify suitable treatment modalities.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and resilience-building strategies tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to aid patients in processing their trauma and developing effective coping skills.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure comprehensive care for all patients.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families on understanding trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available therapeutic resources to enhance recovery.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of clinical notes and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities focused on advancing trauma-informed care practices.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
