Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to understand patients' histories and devise personalized treatment plans that promote trauma recovery.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) , tailored to meet the needs of individual patients.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, helping clients explore their trauma, build coping mechanisms, and advance towards personal healing objectives.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other health professionals to ensure a unified approach to patient care, fostering a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Respond to trauma-related crises, offering immediate support and intervention in high-stress situations.
\n
• Engage in continuous education, attending training sessions and professional development workshops to remain informed of the latest research and methodologies in trauma therapy.

• Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals grappling with the impacts of trauma, including those diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. You'll play a crucial role in transforming the lives of these individuals by guiding them through their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.
\n
• Proficiency in delivering trauma-focused therapies and utilizing trauma-informed treatment modalities.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on a compassionate, non-judgmental approach.

• Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, with a proven track record in trauma therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise. Additional benefits include:
